Beautifully illustrated, especially for the older reader. The details in the illustrations are masterful and inspiring for the budding artists. The final page shows more child-like drawings to bring the story back full circle. Readers and artists will appreciate the journey of the pen.

Time to break out the sketch pad! Or find a scrap of paper and a pen and see where it takes you. You are only limited by your own imagination.

I particularly like the giant sheet of paper on the final spread with the many different pictures. Wouldn’t it be fun to share the page with your child or children and see what you come up with together?
