Think Big! written and illustrated by Nancy Carlson (2005)

Vinney was tired of being small. The bigger kids picked on him at recess, the lunch lady didn’t even notice him in the line, his teacher gave him the smallest part in the class play, and his teammates won’t pass him the ball. Vinney’s mom suggested he think big. So the very next day, he did just that. Vinney made sure everyone noticed him. But when it came time to play basketball, he found out that being small had some advantages too!
